Foobar: SkipCount idea

I think, it’d be cool to combine my foobar rating system with a skip monitoring component. I rate songs on a scale of 1 to 5 depending on whether I like the song at all, and if so, how much.

However, sometimes I’m not in the right mood for a particular song and don’t wish to sit through it at that moment in time in order to give it a rating.
